My Story

My name is Joanne Morgan and I am a Qualified teacher B.Ed , Havening practitioner, PSYCH-K Master Facilitator and Reiki Master teacher.

I found myself struggling with my own mental health, years in survival mode and avoidance had lead me to be stuck between cycles of anxiety and depression.

I didn't want to live this way and this was my motivation to find something that would help me get off anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication.

You see talking therapies didn't work for me and CBT made me feel like a failure, as I understood why I felt this way but I felt powerless to change. I just felt like a failure because I felt more deflated than ever as these traditional methods of what is available to people, didn't make me feel any better.

So I set out, determined not to live my life this way, in an attempt to change this perpetual cycle of on and off medication which was how I'd experienced life for 12 years!

Having been on my own healing journey now for nearly a decade I found some very powerful alternative healing modalities that have helped me to heal on a very deep level. All of which I felt so passionate about, that I trained in them!

I discovered that healing didn't have to be an incredibly difficult and lengthy process at all. This is the ethos that I live by and utilize in my sessions.

I am passionate about assisting you to remove all blocks that are limiting you from living a peaceful, successful and fulfilled life. Why? because having released the trauma and blocks limiting me, I now see how beautiful life can be and I want nothing more than to assist you to see the beauty both within yourself and in this one wild and precious life.
