1:1 Sessions with me

For in person sessions I am based primarily in Belfast.  I also run a fortnightly clinic in Cookstown- message to find out when I am in Cookstown next.​

I can also complete sessions online (zoom) this is the exact same as an in person session. 

I can  also complete sessions at a distance- this is how I work with children. 

During a distance session I will use myself as a surrogate and I will place all work into the client via myself.  I just require information to do so but all will be explained in a consultation.​You can book a free consultation and decide which option is best for you. ​  A 1:1 session lasts an hour and a half and investment is £120
